Job Summary

Subject Matter Expert (Mech Engg) to develop maintain mechanical engineering standards along with Group engineering

Responsibilities

• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Driving and implementing Continuous Improvement Projects and innovation for their teams
• Maintains relationships with multiple partners
• Explore opportunities for improving standards cost savings by sharing best practices across different Tesco markets, benchmarking against industry standards, innovating collaborating with other functions, consultants vendors
• Develop engineering design guidelines, templates, WGLLs documents examples, ways of working etc. that the team (e.g. Engineering development) can apply to specific site/ store.

Requirements

• Graduate/ Diploma in Mechanical engineering (HVAC/ PHE) with sound construction/ Installation experience
• Building Engineering design/installation
• Building Engineering Modelling
• BIM: Revit, Autocad, Naviswork
• Interpret Engineering drawings
• Bill of Quantities
• Interpret Architectural/ Construction drawings
