Lead Data Scientist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of data scientists to design, develop, and deploy predictive models using machine learning algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions that drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain complex statistical models to analyze large datasets and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by reviewing code, documentation, and reports.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in predictive modeling or related field (data science).
• Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification) and deep learning techniques (e.g., neural networks).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R; experience with big data tools like Hadoop/Hive/Pig is a plus.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
