Lead Data Scientist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of data scientists to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions for clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain complex machine learning models using deep learning techniques, natural language processing, and statistics.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of projects by mentoring junior team members, providing guidance on project management, and conducting regular reviews.

Job Requirements :

• 6-14 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields.
• Strong background in statistics with expertise in developing predictive models using statistical methods.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R; experience with big data technologies like Hadoop/Hive is an added advantage.
