About Position: Lead Data Engineer role driving end-to-end Azure and Snowflake data solutions, ensuring scalable pipelines, strong governance, and technical leadership across data engineering teams.

• Design and implement end-to-end data solutions (Azure & Snowflake)
• Lead ETL/ELT pipelines using ADF, ADLS, Synapse
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and cost optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable data solutions
• Drive data modelling, governance, and quality standards
• Troubleshoot issues and support delivery planning

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8to12 years in Data Engineering with team handling experience
• Strong in Azure (ADF, ADLS Gen2, Synapse)
• Hands-on Snowflake experience
• Expertise in ETL/ELT pipelines
• Advanced SQL and data modelling

Good to Have

• StreamSets, Kafka/Event Hub (streaming)
• Lakehouse (Databricks), Python
• Data governance & CI/CD exposure
