Lead Data Engineer

Position: Lead Data Engineer (Permanent)

Experience Required: 7+ years

Location: Trivandrum / Kochi / Remote

Remote joiners should be comfortable to work with the Delivery team for 1-2 weeks withing 1 month of their joining and also travel on need basis if required.

The role requires a skilled Lead Data Engineer with extensive experience in developing and managing complex data solutions using PostgreSQL and Python. • Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as the lead of a team, delivering end-to-end data solutions. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently. • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations. • Ability to lead a small team (2 3 data engineers) • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data solutions, workflows, and processes. • Proactively communicate with the customer and team to provide guidance aligned with both short-term and long-term customer needs. • Experience working on at least 3 to 4 end-to-end data engineering projects. • Adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations in all duties. • Proficient in SQL
