Position: Lead Data Engineer

Location: Chennai Parrys Corner

Work Model: Primarily On-site (Hybrid can be considered for candidates open to a contract model)

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Compensation: 40 LPA Fixed

• Strong experience designing and building scalable data pipelines
• Experience with modern data engineering tools and cloud platforms is preferred

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech from a premium engineering institution, or
• Degree in Statistics from a reputed institution

Employment Model

• Full-time: Standard compensation structure.
• Hybrid (Contract Model): Can be considered based on candidate preference. Only fixed pay will be applicable; incentives/variable pay will not be be provided.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead data engineering initiatives and mentor team members.
