Lead Cybersecurity Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of security engineering solutions across Azure and hybrid infrastructure.
• Develop and enhance SIEM, SOAR, EDR and Microsoft Defender capabilities, including integrations, automation and incident response workflows.
• Manage identity security controls across Entra ID and IAM platforms, including access governance, privileged access and authentication controls.
• Own vulnerability management programs, including risk-based prioritization, remediation governance and exposure reduction.
• Lead complex security investigations, containment activities and post-incident improvements while mentoring security engineers.

Skills Required:

• 10 - 17 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, cloud security, security operations engineering or incident response.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure security, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID and IAM engineering.
• Proven experience designing and operating SIEM, SOAR and EDR capabilities in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of security engineering, vulnerability management and incident response programs.
• Experience building security integrations, detection workflows, response automation and cloud security controls.

Good to Have:

• Experience applying the MITRE ATT&CK Framework and developing threat detection capabilities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related discipline is preferred.
