Position: Lead Conversion & Customer Acquisition Executive Inside Sales

About the Role:
Moolchand Healthcare is looking for a target-driven and customer-focused professional to convert patient enquiries into consultations, diagnostics, procedures, and surgeries while driving new patient acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, campaigns, and referrals.
• Understand patient requirements and convert enquiries into appointments and procedures.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Achieve monthly conversion, patient acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Clinical teams to improve lead conversion.
• Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience throughout the conversion journey.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline with 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
• Healthcare/hospital experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with working knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
