    Contract Management:
    Framing Standard conditions of Contract and articulating Special Conditions as suiting the business environment.
    Meticulous in reviewing contract clauses languages conditions
    Technical Expertise to evaluate specifications of works
    Able to chalk out KPI and KPMs and define the cost centers
    Able to understand payment structures and cost structures and performance incentives to maximize financial returns.
    Negotiations skills enough to carve out best practices for a healthy business environment
    Update the management from time-to-time on the deficiencies found and suggest corrective measures in accordance with the project timelines and deviations if found.
    Delay Analysis management
    Excellent communication and correspondence
    Stakeholder management
    Excellent communication skills and efficient negotiations skills to manage the concerns of external stakeholders
    Systematically identifying and prioritizing all stakeholders requirements and mapping it efficiently with power and interest grids as per performance directives

    Educational Qualification
    Bachelor in Civil OR Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering
    Masters in Civil OR Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering would be added advantage
    Diploma in Construction Management
    Relevant Experience
    08 - 15 years of work experience in quantity surveying and cost analytics
    Must have work experience with EPC contractors and developers
    Experience in the area of cost engineering, budget control activities, mathematical data analytics scheduling and project controls.
    Knowledge
    Thorough and extensive knowledge of contract conditions ,estimating and costing principles, theories, concepts and tools
    Knowledge of risk management principles
    Regulatory knowledge of local building codes standards and safety regulations.
    Understanding of business fundamentals to factor in other types of indirect costs.
    Skills
    Excellent analytical and organizational skills
    Ability to interpret clauses and conditions of contract & evaluate historical events and produce scenarios
    Ability to interpret data evaluate historical delay events and produce scenarios
    Know-how of productivity norms and High Proficiency in Communication Skills (written and verbal)
    Presentation skills
