Our head office is located in Minnesota, and this role will be based in the API Capability Center in Bangalore Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle PaaS Lead with 8–10 years of strong technical and delivery experience in Oracle cloud platform solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other Oracle PaaS technologies such as VBCS, APEX, SOA, PCS, and OCI, with the ability to lead end-to-end implementations, integrations, and cloud transformation initiatives. This role requires strong solution design capability, team leadership, stakeholder management, and experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing Oracle PaaS solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle PaaS solutions across integration, extension, reporting, and cloud application enhancement requirements. • Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solution architecture using Oracle PaaS services. • Drive end-to-end delivery using tools such as OIC, VBCS, APEX, SOA, PCS, and OCI ,Boomi components where applicable. • Lead technical teams for development, code review, deployment, issue resolution, and production support. • Collaborate with business, functional, and cross-technology teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle cloud transformation programs. • Support integration deployments, versioning, and rollback processes. Required Skills & Experience • 8–10 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle PaaS technologies and Oracle cloud-based solution delivery. • Strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including orchestrations, integrations, adapters, file-based integrations, and REST/SOAP web services. • Experience with one or more Oracle PaaS tools such as VBCS, APEX, PCS, SOA Suite, BIP, OCI services, or related Oracle platform technologies. • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, API design, security, exception handling, and performance tuning. • Proven experience in leading implementation, support, and enhancement projects with strong stakeholder and team management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience integrating Oracle PaaS solutions with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and third-party applications. • Exposure to OCI, DevOps practices, automation, migration, and cloud-native architecture. • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, JSON, and middleware best practices. • Oracle certification in OIC, OCI, or Oracle Cloud Platform is preferred. • Experience with Dell Boomi or other cloud integration platforms. • Oracle certifications in integration or cloud applications. • Experience managing and optimizing OCI cloud infrastructure, including security,
