Lead - Consolidation, Greater Noida

Role & responsibilities

1. Financial Consolidation & Reporting

• Lead multi-entity financial consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and group reporting, specifically tailored to manufacturing operations.
• Standardize chart of accounts, ensure adherence to accounting standards across plants/units, and eliminate intercompany balances and transactions.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• GST Management: End-to-end management of GST compliance, including accurate and timely filing of monthly/annual returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C). Conduct monthly reconciliations of GSTR-2B with purchase registers to maximize Input Tax Credit (ITC) optimization.
• Direct Taxation & TDS: Oversee timely deduction, deposition, and quarterly filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q). Ensure perfect alignment between books of accounts and Form 26AS/AIS.
• Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal, statutory, and tax audits, ensuring all schedules are prepared accurately and inquiries are resolved promptly.

3. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Revenue Assurance

• Supervise the invoicing process to ensure accuracy, contract compliance, and prompt dispatch.
• Monitor aging schedules aggressively, implement robust credit control policies, and lead collection strategies to minimize Bad Debts and optimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Oversee customer ledger reconciliations and resolve complex billing disputes.

4. Accounts Payable (AP) & Cash Flow Management

• Lead the vendor payment cycle, ensuring proper 3-way matching (PO, Delivery Receipt, and Invoice) and internal approval routing.
• Manage working capital efficiently by balancing vendor credit terms with organizational cash flow requirements.
• Ensure timely verification of MSME vendor statuses and compliance with specific payment timelines.

5. Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting

• Design and maintain complex financial models, variance trackers, and automation sheets using Advanced Excel.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports highlighting cash flow runways, tax liabilities, and working capital health for senior leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

1. CA with 8+ years in core corporate accounting, with at least 4 years in a leadership/team management role.

Technical Proficiency:

• SAP Knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Expert: Must be highly proficient in complex lookup functions (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), dynamic arrays, advanced Pivot Tables, nested logical formulas, and data cleaning techniques
