Role Summary:
Execute CAD data migration and upgrade projects, focusing on engineering drawings, assemblies, and BOM data. Work closely with engineering and IT teams to ensure successful migration, data validation, and post-upgrade support.
What Youll Do:
- Execute CAD migration and upgrade projects involving engineering drawings, models, assemblies, and BOM data
- Migrate CAD data between different CAD, PDM, and PLM platforms
- Perform data analysis, cleansing, mapping, and validation activities
- Support CAD version upgrades, configuration changes, and environment testing
- Resolve migration issues related to file references, assemblies, and metadata
- Conduct testing, user validation, and post-upgrade support
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure successful migration and upgrade execution
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of CAD Data Migration and CAD Upgrade & Deployment
- Experience in Assembly & Drawing management
- Familiarity with SolidWorks and AutoCAD Automation
- BOM Management skills
- Understanding of PDM/PLM concepts
- Experience in Data Validation & Cleansing
- Proficiency in SQL / Excel Scripting (Python, PowerShell)
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
