Lead - Business Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the overall MSME business management, profitability and growth agenda by driving portfolio expansion, business planning, transaction banking, operational governance, strategic initiatives and performance management across MSME products and channels.
• Own end-to-end business performance across MSME Term Loans, Working Capital, Overdraft, Cash Credit and allied fee-based businesses through revenue growth, portfolio quality management, productivity improvement and customer franchise development.
• Drive achievement of long-term MSME business objectives, including scaling the MSME TL and WC portfolio to approximately Rs.19,000 Cr by FY30 and delivering annual disbursements of approximately Rs.10,000 Cr while ensuring sustainable profitability, risk-adjusted returns and portfolio quality.
• Act as strategic partner to the Business Head - MSME by providing leadership oversight across portfolio management, business planning, transaction banking, business operations, partnerships, customer acquisition and execution governance.
• Build a scalable MSME business model through cross-functional collaboration with Product, Credit, Risk, Finance, Operations, Technology, Analytics and Distribution teams while enhancing customer experience, execution discipline and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 12 to 18 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services, preferably in Secured-MSME Banking, Business Management, Product Management, Portfolio Management, Transaction Banking, Business Finance or Strategy or P&L Management roles with leadership responsibility.
