Lead Business Intelligence Engineer

Location: Kochi / Trivandrum / Remote (India) Experience: 7+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Preferred Mandatory Skills * Tableau * MySQL * PostgreSQL Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead BI Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable Business Intelligence solutions using Tableau. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, relational databases, and enterprise BI architecture. This role requires the ability to build secure, high-performance dashboards, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver data-driven solutions that support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud. * Gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. * Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. * Develop and manage BI solutions using MySQL and PostgreSQL databases. * Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and enforce Tableau security best practices. * Configure authentication using Okta and Single Sign-On (SSO). * Optimize dashboard performance, scalability, and usability. * Work with multiple data sources to deliver enterprise-level reporting solutions. * Collaborate with business users, product teams, and data engineers to deliver high-quality analytics. * Participate in CI/CD implementation, version control, and automated deployment processes. * Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution. * Maintain documentation and follow BI development best practices. Educational Qualification * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
