Lead, Business Development - Pre Sales

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle activities including qualification, planning, response management, submission, and post-submission support
• Facilitate bid/no-bid decisions with Sales and BU stakeholders
• Analyze RFP/RFI requirements and coordinate with solution architects and SMEs
• Lead cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure timely submissions
• Track bid progress, risks, escalations, and communicate updates regularly
• Ensure compliance with bid requirements and secure all necessary approvals before submission
• Maintain bid metrics, reusable content repositories, and bid outcome reports

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Presales/Bid Management or Proposal Management
• Strong experience in handling RFP/RFI/RFQ processes
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids under tight timelines
• Good understanding of bid governance and compliance processes
