Lead, Business Development - Demand Generation

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads across target industries
• Execute outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Identify decision-makers and build sales pipelines through cold calling and prospecting
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and pitch suitable solutions
• Support cross-selling initiatives and customer onboarding activities
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance metrics
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide monthly sales forecasts
• Participate in trade shows and networking events for lead generation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
• Experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Demand Generation
• Strong CRM and sales analytics proficiency
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive data-driven sales growth and manage multiple accounts effectively
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outbound sales tools is preferred
