About this role
Area(s) of responsibility
- Independently drive and lead enterprise-wide impact and usage analysis of legacy Fiserv OPTIS 3270 /mainframe “ green screens” data elements including associated macros, RPA/BOTs, and manual workarounds/processes.
- Independently drive and lead enterprise-wide impact and usage analysis of legacy Fiserv OPTIS data elements existing on the Fiserv system in the CIU, CAP databases and other data elements on Fiserv online system including associated macros, RPA/BOTs, and manual workarounds/processes used by functions as well as 3rd parties
- Facilitate and as needed, lead functional requirements and solution/design working sessions with Fiserv and stakeholders.
- Gather, document, and validate future-state requirements for Fiserv and delivery teams.
- Perform gap analysis between current-state capabilities and target-state solution to ensure no loss of critical functionality, including identification of remediation actions and prioritization.
- Collect Function team pain points with current state green screens that have been solved for using screen scraping automations.
- Analyze Fiserv recommended solution and sequencing for green screen transformation and identify any gaps, risks, or issues in comparison with Synchrony Function team expectations.
- Partner with operations and process owners to update and publish SOPs/job aids for processes transitioning from greenscreens to the target-state platform.
- Enhance and maintain an impact inventory (i.e. data names, screens, function, user groups, frequency/volume, upstream/downstream dependencies, controls/risks) and keep it current through the program lifecycle.
