Lead Business Analyst - Trade Finance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead business analysis activities for trade finance products, including product development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with internal customers, sales teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, procedures, and standards related to trade finance operations.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related field (e.g., Product Management).
• Strong understanding of trade finance concepts and industry best practices.
• Proven track record in leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different functions.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
