About this role
- Lead and mentor a team of Streaming Market Data Business Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Define and maintain standards for requirements documentation and analysis.
- Own the requirements and testing strategy for multiple data sources and client interfaces.
- Partner with product and technology teams to prioritize features and manage delivery timelines.

- 8 years experience, including 5+ years in real-time market data or financial technology, including market data protocols (e.g. FIX, ITCH, or similar) and data distribution technologies (e.g. multicast SBE distribution, API-based delivery).
- Proven leadership experience managing Business Analysts or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of streaming data concepts and integration practices.
- Hands-on experience with requirements engineering and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), version control tools (e.g., Git), agile project tools (e.g., Jira), and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in English, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in migration or modernization projects.
- Technical proficiency for data validation and analysis.
