Lead Business Analyst - Multiple Domains

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with extensive cross-domain experience to drive requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and business-IT alignment across diverse industry verticals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, deep business process expertise, and the ability to bridge functional and technical requirements within complex, multi-domain environments.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements through BRD and FRD artifacts across multiple domains
• Define and track requirements management workflows throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct As-Is discovery and To-Be process definition, supported by business process modeling (BPM)
• Apply AI-assisted and AI-enabled approaches to day-to-day BA/PO activities
• Develop agents to support and streamline BA/PO activities
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Act as the bridge between business and IT to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables
• Own and define functional and non-functional requirements
• Handle technical requirements and contribute to solutioning efforts
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies throughout delivery

Requirements

• 10-15 years of overall IT experience, with a strong background in business analysis and Agile delivery
• Expertise in BRD, FRD, and requirement gathering practices
• Skills in stakeholder management and in bridging business and IT functions
• Knowledge of multiple domains such as Retail, BFSI, E-Commerce, P&C Insurance, Life Insurance, Oil & Gas, US Health Care, Lifesciences, SCM, Manufacturing, ERP, or Energy Trading
• Proficiency in As-Is discovery, To-Be definition, and business process modeling (BPM)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted and AI-enabled BA/PO practices
• Capability to develop agents supporting BA/PO activities
• Understanding of functional and non-functional requirements ownership
• Competency in handling technical requirements and contributing to solutioning
