Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Life Insurance, Retirement & Annuity domain
• 8 to 10+ years of experience as Lead BA / Functional SME on Vantage and/or WMA
• Strong expertise in:
• Policy Administration
• Policy Servicing
• New Business & Underwriting
• Billing & Claims
• Surrenders, Loans, Withdrawals, Lapse & Paid-up processing
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of 56 Business Analysts
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience
• Ability to drive requirement workshops, JAD sessions, BRD/FRD, user stories, UAT, and impact analysis
• Experience in platform modernization, product launches, system enhancements, and transformation programs
• Strong operations background; requirement gathering-only profiles will not fit
