This role requires collaboration with global stakeholders across business and technology teams to enhance insurance processes and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation within the life insurance sector.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technology teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders across multiple countries and markets.
• Support Agile/Scrum methodologies by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, specifically in life insurance.
• Proven experience in digital transformation and technology-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of insurance business processes, products, and customer journeys.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
