Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in the insurance domain, particularly in presales and post-sales processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis knowledge and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and value.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify client needs and requirements in the insurance sector.
- Engage with stakeholders during presales activities to gather requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions post-sale.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
