Lead BIM

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive professional
to strengthen and enhance the BIM ecosystem at Noida International Airport.
The role will be responsible for leading Building Information Modeling,
Information Management, and GIS integration initiatives across the airport
project. Key responsibilities include establishing BIM standards, governance
frameworks, and structured information workflows to enable seamless project
coordination, effective asset information management, and a smooth transition
from design and construction phases to airport operations.

Key Responsibilities

BIM & Digital Leadership

• Lead
  and undertake hands-on technical review and quality assurance of BIM
  models submitted by contractors, consultants and other project
  stakeholders, ensuring compliance with project BIM requirements, BEP,
  information requirements, modelling standards and agreed Level of
  Information Need.



• Lead
  the airport-wide BIM, Information Management, and Digital Twin strategy,
  standards, roadmap, and governance.



• Ensure
  BIM supports project delivery, coordination, decision-making, asset
  handover, and operational readiness.

Information Management & OpenBIM

• Establish
  BIM and Information Management processes aligned with ISO 19650 and
  OpenBIM principles.



• Govern
  CDE workflows, information requirements, data structures, metadata,
  classification, and information quality.



• Lead
  IFC, COBie, and structured information exchange to support
  interoperability and asset integration.

Multidisciplinary Coordination & Integration

• Review
  and validate as-built BIM models and asset information prior to
  acceptance/handover into the CDE and operational systems.



• Lead
  coordination across Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, Infrastructure,
  Utilities, GIS, and specialist disciplines.



• Drive
  integration of BIM, GIS, and structured project/asset information across
  project and enterprise platforms.



• Support
  BIM integration with EAM/CMMS, CAFM, ERP, IoT, Digital Twin, and analytics
  platforms.

Digital Project Delivery

• Identify
  and implement digital solutions for design coordination, construction,
  information validation, progress monitoring, asset handover, and
  operational readiness.



• Drive
  continuous improvement through automation, data analytics, visualization,
  and emerging digital technologies.



• Collaborate
  with Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Operations, Asset
  Management, and IT teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's
  degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Information
  Management, or related discipline.



• 8?12
  years of BIM/Information Management experience, including leadership of
  multidisciplinary teams and large infrastructure projects.



• Strong
  knowledge of ISO 19650, OpenBIM, IFC, COBie, BIM coordination, CDE, and
  asset information management.



• Experience
  integrating BIM/GIS with EAM/CMMS, CAFM, ERP, or Digital Twin platforms.



• Strong
  leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving
  skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience
  with Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and
  GIS platforms.



• Knowledge
  of Uniclass, Power BI, Dynamo/Python, automation, data analytics, and
  APIs.



• Experience
  delivering Digital Twin and asset information solutions for large
  infrastructure or airport projects
