Navi Mumbai Roles and Responsibilities

• Architect backend systems in NestJS and Golang to meet global scale and enterprise-grade performance.
• • Drive design for microservices, real-time comms (WebSockets, WebRTC), and data stores (PostgreSQL, Redis).
• • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain CI/CD discipline.
• • Mentor and upskill backend engineers.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend, DevOps, and product leaders.
• • Own technical problem-solving—anticipate bottlenecks, make hard calls, and prevent tech debt from being parked for “later.”
• • Manage task allocation, workflow discipline, and ensure smooth collaboration with frontend and DevOps.

Required skills 6–8+ years in backend engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Expertise in Golang and Node.js (NestJS). • Strong database tuning skills (PostgreSQL, Redis). • Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable deployment. • Experience building real-time systems at scale. • Proven ability to lead technical discussions and inspire engineering teams. • Track record of shipping production-grade, high-performance systems.
