Job Title: Lead Auditor
Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external Quality Management System (QMS) audits.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close audit activities across multiple sites.
• Manage audit documentation through SharePoint and corporate tools.
• Coordinate with certification bodies for audit planning, follow-up, and certification activities.
• Ensure timely closure of non-conformities (NCs) and customer escalations.
• Maintain MPP site mappings and certification-related documentation.
• Develop and improve audit planning and reporting processes.
• Train and mentor internal auditors on IATF standards, corporate standards, and customer-specific requirements.
• Review audit reports for compliance and accuracy.
• Support certification bodies in maintaining ISO/IATF certifications.

Mandatory Skills

• Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (ISO 19011 preferred).
• Certified IATF 16949 1st/2nd Party Auditor.
• IRCA certification or VDA 6.3 Process Auditor certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• IATF 16949
• ISO 9001
• Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR)
• Automotive Quality Management Systems
• Corporate Governance & Risk Management
• Experience in:
• Automotive Quality Management (5+ years)
• Management System Auditing (3+ years)
• Conducting 20+ complete system audits
• Multi-site and global audits

• Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of KPI management, supplier quality, customer complaints, and change management.
• Leadership and team mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel 30–50%.
