Lead Associate : Storefront

Roles and Responsibilities

• Storefront & Funnel Strategy: Develop and implement product-led strategies to optimize storefront layout, maintain funnel hygiene, and drive conversion efficiency.
• Metrics & Performance Ownership: Own merchandising performance and funnel metrics, institutionalize them across teams, and lead regular performance cadences with stakeholders.
• Category Visibility & Optimization: Plan category-level visibility and optimize storefronts (with a strong focus on Brand Stores and Category Pages) using data rigor.
• Campaign Planning & Collaboration: Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Design teams to plan monthly and yearly campaigns, co-owning metrics such as CTR and Session-to-List-View ratios.
• Execution & Experience Management: Execute marketing and promotional campaigns with high precision, ensuring minimal breakage in customer experience.
• Cross-Functional & Event Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute critical interventions, playing a key operational role in major sale events (e.g., End of Reason Sale, Big Fashion Days).
• Product & Engineering Alignment: Liaison with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless storefront functionality, run experiments, and drive adoption of new features.
• Stakeholder & Team Enablement: Act as a central conduit between Category Demand Management, Monetization, and Design teams, while handling stakeholder inquiries and training store associates to uphold high operational standards.
