Lead/Associate Manager - US Recruitment

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on US Recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for technology and sales roles across the US market. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offer negotiations, and candidate onboarding while partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end recruitment for US-based FTE positions across Technology, Sales, Business Development, Presales, Data, AI, Cloud, Analytics, and Leadership hiring.

- Independently source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and Cold reach outs

- Build strong talent pipelines for niche technical and customer-facing sales roles.

- Partner with US hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide regular pipeline updates.

- Drive interview coordination, feedback closure, compensation discussions, and offer negotiations.

- Ensure high candidate engagement and conversion from sourcing through onboarding.

- Develop market intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends.

Required Skillset:

- 5 -10 years of recruitment experience with 5+ years of end-to-end US hiring experience.

- Proven experience hiring for Technology and/or Sales roles in the US market.

- Strong sourcing expertise across technical, leadership, and revenue-generating roles.

- Experience handling compensation discussions and offer negotiations with US candidates.

- Good understanding of US hiring practices and work authorization categories.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and other sourcing tools.

- Comfortable working in US time zones.
