1. ISTS Connectivity

• Regularly review CTU advisories and recommend changes in connectivity, projects, or advocacy requirements.
• Track CEA, MOP, and MNRE advisories, Office Memorandums (OMs), and recommend actions to internal stakeholders regarding:
• Change in Law claims
• Compliance waivers
• Force Majeure
• ISTS waivers
• Periodically review connectivity requirements for changes in DTL specifications and changes in generator Power Substation (PSS) locations vis--vis actual land availability and engineering requirements.
• Track declarations of ISTS PSS coordinates, bay allocations, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
• Track the sharing of 2 km transmission towers for ISTS, both for receiving and providing connectivity, and recommend bay allocations.
• Review CMETS meeting minutes and flag issues related to regulations and internal requirements.
• Review NCT plans and track ISTS augmentation to identify opportunities for securing new connectivity.
• Monitor connectivity utilisation and flag risks of missing milestones.
• Prepare and maintain Connectivity MIS reports for management.

2. STU Connectivity

• Track available connectivity margins in target states.
• Monitor changes in regulations and procedures across target states.
• Assess anticipated savings for commercial and HT consumers in target states, considering tariff sensitivities.
• Maintain a repository of charges and Bank Guarantee (BG) requirements in target states.
• Monitor connectivity utilisation and flag risks of missing milestones.
• Review state policies and recommend measures to improve ease of doing business.
• Coordinate with national and regional associations.
• Prepare and submit reports to MNRE, MOP, and CEA.
• Prepare and maintain Connectivity MIS reports for management.

3. Prerequisites

• Experience in connectivity or regulatory functions of renewable energy (RE) generation companies.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
