As a Lead Associate in Category Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the product categories within a company. With 2.0-6.0 years of experience in this field, your responsibilities will include strategizing, analyzing data, and collaborating with various teams to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms and ensure product availability.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for category expansion.
• Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and margins.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective category plans and campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize category performance through regular performance analysis and reporting.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on category objectives and key performance indicators.
