Lead Assistant Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced US Healthcare Recruitment professionals for a Lead Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition position based in Noida.

What we're looking for:

• 6 to 10 years of overall Talent Acquisition experience
• Minimum 3+ years in US Recruitment
• Strong exposure to US Healthcare Recruitment
• Team handling and recruiter performance management
• Stakeholder management and hiring strategy
• Recruitment KPI/SLA and pipeline management
• Excellent communication skills

Position: Lead Assistant Manager
Location: Noida
Shift: US Shift

Interview Details: Virtual interviews will be conducted today and tomorrow, between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, with only one interview round. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days.

Note: This requirement is specifically for US Healthcare Recruitment. Candidates primarily from IT Recruitment backgrounds will not be considered.
