About this role
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and applications
- Assess applicants knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- To close all positions within TAT. Onboard new employees to ensure integration
- Provide well-documented recruiting reports to the team.
- Coordinate offer releases, gather necessary documents, and assist with onboarding procedures.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards & present it to HR Head & Management.
- Should be responsible to close the open positions
