About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Artificial Intelligence Solutions Consultant
In this role, you will: - Lead a team to identify, strategize and execute highly complex Artificial Intelligence initiatives that span a line of business
- Recommend business strategy and deliver Artificial Intelligence enabling solutions to solve business challenges
- Define and prioritize cases, obtain the required resources and ensure the solutions deliver the intended benefits
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence expertise to evaluate technological readiness and resources required to execute the proposed solutions
- Make decisions to drive the implementation of Artificial Intelligence initiatives and programs while serving multiple stakeholders
- Resolve issues which may arise during development or implementation
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 5+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
The ideal candidate is a business-focused AI practitioner who can bridge the gap between business needs and AI capabilities. This person is equally comfortable working with stakeholders to define use cases, designing effective prompts, evaluating AI responses, and rapidly prototyping solutions using Copilot and low-code platforms.
Success in this role requires curiosity, experimentation, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping users unlock value from Generative AI technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience configuring AI agents, actions, connectors, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Understanding of semantic search, vector search, and embeddings.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Experience with Agentic AI concepts and multi-agent architectures.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of enterprise content management, knowledge bases, and document retrieval solutions.
- Experience working within highly regulated industries such as financial services.
Provide elastic AI delivery capacity focused on:
- Prompt engineering
- Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions
- Copilot Studio solutions
- AI-assisted workflow automation
- Business experimentation and rapid prototyping
- AI response evaluation and quality assurance
- AI enablement and user adoption
- As the AI program matures, responsibilities may expand into:
- Advanced AI solution architecture
- Agentic AI solutions
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Enterprise AI platforms
- AI governance and operating model support
- End-to-end AI product delivery
