Lead Analyst Manager

Role & responsibilities

This role will own analytics, reporting, commission calculations, validations, incentive management, and

business support for these campaigns. These programs have lower executive visibility than Residential

AT&T but require consistent ownership: accurate commission payments, timely reporting, field support,

and bi-weekly client calls, plus the added Kinetic scope as we take over that relationship.

Moving these campaigns to a dedicated Lead Analyst lets Michael take on greater day-to-day leadership

of Residential AT&T and frees me to focus on AT&T NDS and eventually TC. Ideal timeline would be as

soon as we are able to find the right candidate.

Required Skills

• Tableau experience
• Advanced Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail, particularly around commissions and financial validations
• Ability to independently prioritize across multiple campaigns
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration

Primary Responsibilities

• Primary analytics owner for Kinetic, Residential DTV, and DTV Legacy
• Support day-to-day Quantum Fiber operational needs
• Calculate and validate commissions for Kinetic and DTV Legacy
• Weekly production, quality, and commission validations across assigned campaigns
• Validate weekly P&L
• Manage SPIFs, client-funded incentives, and field-facing bonuses
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and Excel reporting for field and leadership visibility
• Ad hoc analyses and business recommendations to improve campaign performance
• Coordinate with internal teams on campaign initiatives and reporting
• Attend recurring client and field meetings as the campaign analytics representative
