About this role
Own the AI side of our products, from agent architecture to production.
- Own the technical design of AI systems, including agent decomposition, orchestration, tools, memory and context strategy.
- Build and evolve AI agents across product workflows, from document extraction to reasoning and recommendations.
- Define how AI quality is measured through evaluation sets, regression testing and performance benchmarks.
- Build guardrails, confidence thresholds, human escalation and traceability into AI workflows.
- Lead and mentor the AI engineering team while staying hands-on with complex technical problems.
- Partner closely with engineering and product teams to turn AI capabilities into reliable, production-ready products.
