Lead AI Platform Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design reusable AI services that power every enterprise Decision Application. AI Runtime, Multi-Agent Framework, Enterprise Context Engine, Knowledge Graph, RAG and Hybrid Retrieval, Prompt Management, Tool Registry, Model Routing Layer, AI Evaluation Framework, Human-in-the-Loop Framework, AI Guardrails, Continuous Learning Framework, Engineering Challenges.
• Build enterprise-grade agentic systems.
• Design reasoning frameworks for complex business decisions.
• Build enterprise memory and context.
• Design AI evaluation pipelines.
• Support multiple LLM providers.
• Build trustworthy AI with complete decision lineage.
• Enable continuous learning from human feedback.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in several of the following: Python, Agentic AI, LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, LLM APIs, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, FastAPI, Docker, AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis.
• Good understanding of: AI Evaluation, Model Routing, Prompt Engineering, Enterprise AI, Multi-Agent Systems, Vector Databases.
