Job Description Senior AI (Generative AI)

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise application architecture, AI solution design, client consulting, and technical leadership, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade AI platforms.

The role requires deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI governance, enterprise integrations, cloud-native architectures, and AI solution delivery. The candidate will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to define AI roadmaps and build scalable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Architecture

• Define the overall AI and Generative AI architecture for enterprise-scale solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and production-ready AI platforms leveraging modern AI technologies.
• Define AI solution roadmaps, reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Architect AI solutions using LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and Multi-Agent frameworks.
• Design enterprise AI workflows involving reasoning engines, AI agents, prompt orchestration, and workflow automation.
• Design scalable data ingestion, vectorization, indexing, grounding, and retrieval architectures.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
• Guide engineering teams during implementation and deployment.

AI Engineering

• Design and implement enterprise AI applications using GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral, and other foundation models.
• Architect multi-model AI solutions with model routing and Mixture of Experts (MoE).
• Design AI observability, evaluation, prompt management, caching, and optimization strategies.
• Drive AI model tuning, grounding improvements, hallucination reduction, and response optimization.

Cloud & Platform Architecture

• Design cloud-native AI platforms on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Architect scalable APIs, microservices, serverless applications, and event-driven AI solutions.
• Design secure deployment architectures using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define monitoring, logging, security, governance, and compliance standards.

Customer Engagement & Leadership

• Engage with customers to understand business problems and translate them into AI solutions.
• Lead solution workshops, architecture discussions, technical reviews, and executive presentations.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution proposals, estimations, SOW preparation, and technical presentations.
• Mentor architects, technical leads, and engineering teams on AI technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, DevOps, Data Engineering, Security, and Business stakeholders.

Required Skills

Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software development and architecture.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solution architecture.
• Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions into Production.
