Lead AI Engineer

Education: BE/B.Tech

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineering Lead to drive AI innovation and build impactful AI-powered products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AI/ML engineering, Python, AWS, MongoDB, and building AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and work with data, ML models, LLMs, Generative AI, and AI architectures.
• Design and build AI-powered products and solutions.
• Lead the development and implementation of scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Leadership teams to identify and implement AI opportunities.
• Drive AI initiatives from idea to production.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• BE/B.Tech degree.
• Experience as a Data Engineer, ML Engineer, AI Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, LLMs, Generative AI, and AI architectures.
• Proven experience in building and deploying AI products.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives.
