Lead AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Engineer with 9+ years of experience and strong expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, LLMs, RAG, and modern AI tools. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical expertise, along with proven team leadership experience, and be capable of leading and mentoring a team of AI engineers while driving the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable AI and machine learning solutions.
• Build and implement LLM and RAG-based applications for real-world business use cases.
• Design AI architectures involving vector databases, embeddings, retrieval systems, and generative AI.
• Evaluate and implement modern AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI/ML engineers and guide them on technical implementation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define AI solutions and strategy.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in AI, generative AI, and machine learning.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of overall experience in software engineering, AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying RAG-based applications.
• Experience with AI tools, frameworks, APIs, vector databases, and modern AI platforms.
• Strong programming experience, preferably in Python.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Strong problem-solving, architecture, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
