Lead - AI Architect

We are seeking a visionary and technically strong AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in architecting distributed AI systems, integrating GenAI capabilities, and deploying across both cloud-native and on-premise infrastructures. This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on technical leadership, and the ability to drive innovation across the AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect and design scalable AI platforms and applications for enterprise use cases.
2. Design and implement AI systems that span across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and non-cloud (on-premise, hybrid) environments.
3. Integrate Generative AI capabilities (LLMs, multimodal models, RAG pipelines) into enterprise workflows.
4. Define and enforce AI architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.
5. Collaborate with data engineering, DevOps, product, and business teams to align AI solutions with strategic goals.
6. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for AI/ML workloads.
7. Ensure security, compliance, and ethical AI practices in all deployed solutions.
8. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a high-performance AI engineering culture.

Experience - 5-10 Years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post graduate in any tech/engineering streams
• Experience with enterprise data governance, model explainability, and responsible AI.
• Exposure to financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing domains.
• Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, etc.).
• Thought leadership in AI through publications, patents, or conference talks.
