About this role
- Bachelors Degree in Administration, Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Plant Administration.
- Experience in manufacturing, defence, aerospace, heavy engineering, ammunition, or industrial environments preferred.
- Experience in managing large-scale facilities, vendor contracts, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee facility management, housekeeping, canteen operations, transport, guest house, and office infrastructure.
- Coordinate with security teams to ensure effective access control and site security.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, local regulations, and internal company policies.
- Manage administrative budgets, contracts, and vendor performance.
- Liaise with government authorities, local administration, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and welfare activities at the plant.
- Monitor maintenance of office buildings, utilities, accommodation facilities, and common areas.
- Develop and implement administrative SOPs and best practices.
- Handle emergency response coordination and business continuity requirements.
- Drive cost optimization and operational excellence across administrative functions.
