Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lawyer with 810 years of experience in

contract drafting and review, particularly in Master Service Agreements (MSAs),

employment contracts, and procurement-related legal agreements. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation, and timely contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Management C Review
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs, and related commercial contracts.
• Review and vet employment-related contracts, including offer letters, appointment letters, employment agreements, amendments, and separation documents.
• Review legal procurement contracts such as vendor agreements, purchase agreements, service contracts, and consultancy agreements.
• Identify legal risks, provide practical solutions, and suggest revisions aligned with business objectives.

Legal Advisorys Compliance

• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal support to HR, Procurement, Finance, and Business teams on contractual and compliance-related matters.
• Assist in developing and standardizing contract templates and internal legal processes.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand contract requirements and timelines.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, vendors, and partners as required.
• Support negotiations and closure of contracts within defined timelines.

Documentation s Record Management

• Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and approvals.
• Track contract lifecycles, renewals, and expiries.
• Support audits and internal reviews related to legal documentation.

Required Skills s Competencies

• Strong knowledge of contract law, employment law basics, and commercial agreements.
• Hands-on experience with MSAs, employment contracts, and procurement/vendor agreements.
• Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify legal and commercial risks.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

• LL.B from a recognized university.
• Enrollment with State Bar Council is preferred.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in a corporate legal department or law firm handling commercial contracts.
• Exposure to IT/ITES
