About the Role

We are looking for a capable and proactive Manager - Legal to join our team in India. The role will support the wider function in delivering day-to-day operational and project requirements while working closely with the Dubai based team and other relevant stakeholders.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in drafting, vetting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, including real estate transactional documents. The role will also involve providing day-to-day corporate legal advisory support, managing litigation and dispute-related matters, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as required. The candidate should demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability, sound legal and commercial judgment, and the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment. Experience in real estate matters and/or prior exposure to the UAE or broader Middle East region will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned activities within Legal function and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial and real estate-related agreements, including property sale and purchase agreements, service agreements, consultancy agreements, NDAs, vendor and procurement agreements, marketing agreements, technology agreements, and other business-related documentation.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on real estate transactional documents, including property sale and purchase agreements and other documentation relating to the acquisition, development, sale, and operation of real estate assets.
• Provide legal support in connection with land acquisitions, development projects, property transactions, and other real estate-related arrangements.
• Support hospitality-related transactions, including Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs), Technical Services Agreements (TSAs), branded residence documentation, and other hospitality-related commercial arrangements.
• Develop and maintain standard templates, clauses, precedents, and contracting guidelines where required.
• Assist in improving contract management and legal review processes to facilitate efficient turnaround while maintaining appropriate legal safeguards.
• Work closely with business teams to ensure contractual arrangements appropriately protect the company's legal and commercial interests.
• Provide day-to-day corporate and commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders across various business functions.
• Manage and support litigation, arbitration, claims, regulatory proceedings, and other contentious matters involving the Group.
• Coordinate with external counsel and monitor the progress of legal proceedings.
• Draft legal notices, responses, settlement agreements, and related documents.

What You Should Bring

• LLB / LLM from a reputed institution with relevant work experience of 6-9 years.
• Extensive legal experience in the Real Estate matters.

Strong negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
