Job Description

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Work closely with both the Rooms and Food & Beverage Divisions to execute their uniform programs.
• Supervise and manage daily laundry operations.
• Lead, train, and mentor laundry staff members.
• Monitor work quality and ensure all items meet established standards and customer specifications.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows.
• Manage inventory of laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and labor costs.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues
• Conduct regular staff training on proper techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
• Responsible for maintaining Uniform Budgets
• Professionally handle guest feedback or concerns with guest laundry program
• Organization of the measuring and sizing of colleagues for uniforms
• Conducting coaching sessions and performance reviews of Laundry & Valet Team
• Preparing the quarterly Linen Inventories
• Conducting monthly communication meetings
• Promoting of Laundry and Valet accomplishments
• Tracking of uniforms for all new hires and implementing an effective return policy
• Maintaining a safe and hazard free work environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in laundry operations or a similar supervisory role
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams
• Strong knowledge of laundry processes, textile care standards, and equipment operation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in quality control and attention to detail
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with inventory management and basic budget oversight
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
