LAS Sales Analyst Role

Location: Mumbai (Goregoan )
Department: Loan Against Securities (LAS)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly/monthly LAS Loan Book MIS, Target vs. Achievement reports, and Management MIS.
• Prepare and monitor Sales Pipeline MIS, including lead generation, sanction, and disbursement tracking.
• Analyze financial statements and financial data to assess customer creditworthiness.
• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify credit, operational, and business risks.
• Track business and compliance metrics and coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Monitor pending cases, approvals, documentation, and disbursements to ensure timely closure.
• Develop and enhance MIS reports, process automation, and scalable reporting mechanisms.
• Identify potential risks and recommend suitable mitigation measures.
• Generate actionable insights through data analysis to support business growth and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA (Finance)
• Experience in MIS Reporting, Analytics, Lending, Financial Analysis, or Capital Markets preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Dashboard Reporting.
