LAS Operations

Role & responsibilities:

1. Interaction with RM/AM to understand client requirements and facilitate loan sanctioning.
2. Receiving and verifying client details and supporting documentation essential for credit assessment.
3. Analyzing client financials, preparing and generating CIBIL, Sherlock, and other regulatory/compliance reports to evaluate creditworthiness.
4. Preparing detailed Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM), highlighting risk assessment, repayment capacity and collateral evaluation for loan sanction consideration.
5. Coordinating with authorized personnel to obtain approval of the Credit Appraisal Memo, ensuring all risk and compliance checks are addressed.
6. Preparing sanction letters based on the approved CAM and issuing the same to client.
7. Ensuring receipt of all original documents from clients within the defined turnaround time (TAT) for smooth processing.
8. Issuing letters for lien marking of Mutual Fund (MF) units to be pledged as collateral.
9. Receiving Statements of Account (SOA) for pledged MF units.
10. Updating pledged MF units and related details in software.
11. Receiving client disbursement requests and coordinating with operations for timely processing of disbursement requests.
12. Preparing letters for un-lien marking of MF units.
13. Ensuring overall adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal credit policies throughout the loan sanction and disbursement process.
