As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that can efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. The professional spends time analyzing model performance, refining parameters, and ensuring the models meet the desired objectives. Collaboration with various teams to align the model design with project goals and exploring innovative approaches to enhance language understanding are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of large language model architectures to meet project requirements.

Mentor junior team members to support their growth and ensure alignment with technical standards.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into broader systems and applications.

Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).

Strong knowledge of neural network design and optimization techniques.

Experience with natural language processing frameworks and tools.

Ability to work with large-scale datasets and implement efficient training pipelines.

Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and techniques to improve model accuracy and robustness.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to language model performance.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
