As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that can efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. The professional spends time analyzing model performance, refining parameters, and ensuring the models meet the desired objectives. Collaboration with various teams to align the model design with project goals and troubleshooting challenges that arise during development are integral parts of the daily routine. Continuous innovation and adaptation to emerging research in natural language processing are also key aspects of the role.

Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into broader applications.

Monitor and evaluate model outputs to ensure quality and relevance in real-world scenarios.

Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).

Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.

Strong knowledge of training models on large-scale unlabeled text datasets.

Ability to optimize model parameters to improve performance and efficiency.

Familiarity with state-of-the-art techniques in language model development and deployment.

Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to model behavior and integration.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
