Position: Laptop Technician Card Level

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware issues at card level.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of laptop motherboards.
• Handle replacement/repair of RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, display, battery, fan, connectors, etc.
• Troubleshoot power, charging, display, USB, audio, Wi-Fi and motherboard-related issues.
• Perform laptop dismantling, assembly and testing after repair.
• Identify faulty components using appropriate diagnostic tools.
• Install/configure Windows, drivers and BIOS when required.
• Ensure proper ESD and safe handling procedures.
• Update repair/service records and close assigned tickets within TAT.
• Handle laptops of major brands such as HP, Dell, Lenovo etc.

Candidate Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma/Certification in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience in Laptop Card-Level Repair is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of laptop hardware and motherboard troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Experience with multiple laptop brands will be an advantage.
