Laptop Repair Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and related hardware issues.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, and repair.
• Handle motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, charging, RAM, SSD/HDD and other hardware-related issues.
• Perform OS installation, software troubleshooting, driver installation and system configuration.
• Conduct laptop inspection, diagnosis and quality checks before delivery.
• Ensure proper handling and safety of customer devices.
• Maintain repair records and update job status in the system.
• Achieve repair turnaround time and quality/service targets.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the concerned team.

Requirements

• Experience in laptop repair and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of laptop hardware, components and basic electronics.
• Hands-on experience in motherboard-level troubleshooting/repair will be an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
